The Reclaim CO2 Heat Pump 315L Duplex Stainless Steel system pairs Reclaim's CO2 (R744) heat pump with a 315-litre tank fabricated from 2205 duplex stainless steel — both inner cylinder and outer casing — for exceptional corrosion resistance and structural strength. Engineered for premium installations, harsh water conditions, and customers who want the longest-lasting tank Reclaim offers. Duplex stainless steel combines the strength of ferritic and austenitic structures, delivering roughly twice the yield strength of standard 304/316 grades while maintaining superior resistance to chloride pitting and stress corrosion cracking. The tank is rated to 700 kPa working pressure and 90°C maximum water temperature, with 65 mm of polyurethane foam insulation to minimise standby losses. Paired with the Reclaim Smart Wi-Fi Controller V2.0 (EHPE-4550P-A), the system delivers a COP of 6.02 with eight operating modes, smartphone monitoring via the Reclaim app, and a daily 60°C self-legionella cycle. CO2 (R744) is a natural refrigerant with a global warming potential of 1 — the lowest of any commercially available heat-pump refrigerant.
